Topic: When Words Divide, How Do Leaders Unite?

America’s promise is a nation where everyone has a voice and a place. Yet today, efforts to foster fairness, opportunity, and civic trust are increasingly contested—leaving local leaders to ask: What can we say? What should we do? How do we stay true to our responsibility to serve the whole community?

This month's discussion isn’t about rhetoric or politics. It’s about the fundamental duty of local leadership—upholding fairness, strengthening civic trust, and creating a community where all residents feel they belong.

We’ll avoid partisan politics and focus on practical strategies for stability and progress—exploring how local leaders can address immediate challenges while preparing for the long-term implications. Bring your experiences, concerns, and best ideas—we’ll tackle this challenge together.

Hosted by Matt Lehrman of Social Prosperity Partners, this lightly moderated Zoom-based conversation offers friendly, supportive conversation without presentations.
